Send Money
- Select and visit your local branch/agent (NOTE: You can price your transaction prior on visiting the branch)
- Provide beneficiary details
- Send money either for physical collection or through eDahab if sending Somalia/Somaliland/
Receiving Money
- Locate and select your nearest branch (Note: you would probably receive text message informing you.)
- Collect your money (Note: You can receive money through eDahab if in Greater Somalia or M-PESA if you are in Kenya.)

Send And Receive Money
- Visit your nearest Dahabshiil money transfer agent
- For new clients, complete a registration form at the agent location
- Provide identification documents (required for regulatory compliance reasons)
- Present the amount you wish to send and beneficiary details
- Obtain a receipt from the agent with full transaction details including payout amount, exchange rate, commission fee and beneficiary location and contact details
